About Us

Lina and Tina graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design and Marketing in 1994. Immediately afterwards, Lina and Tina went to work for C.C. Creations, the largest screen-printing and embroidery company in Texas, as entry-level designers.

Building a relationship with licensed properties was Lina's ultimate goal and it moved her into the Licensing Director position over corporate accounts her second year as an employee. While working in the licensing arena, she built a great rapport with NBA, NHL, Lou Brock and Major League Baseball, top ranked universities, and a variety of professional athletes. Lina was promoted to Art Director, her ultimate dream, in 1999. She molded the art department into an award winning department and organized it for success. In 2004, Lina developed a position in merchandising and promoted her Assistant Art Director to Art Director.
"Life is about opportunities, opportunities to grow, you can either be status quo, or find different arenas to build your expertise," she says. Lina lives by this philosophy and she enjoys helping others fulfill their dreams and successes.

In 1998, Tina began working for First American Bank as the Senior Marketing Coordinator. She organized and designed promotional campaigns for the Bryan/College Station market and over 85 branches throughout Texas. In 2002, Tina left First American Bank with the vision of starting her own business, Twinz Co. Marketing and Graphic Design with her twin sister, Lina Lawson. With over 75 clients, their business continues to grow.

Service is vitally important to Twinz Co. "Service is caring, sharing, mentoring, leading, volunteering, supporting and giving." they say. Lina and Tina are involved with numerous organizations and continually donate creative services to many charitable events throughout the year.
